Challenge

Post-surgical drain management is a critical part of patient recovery, but healthcare providers face significant challenges in coordinating care between patients, coordinators, and physicians:

  • Limited visibility into patient conditions for remote care providers

The objective was to design a digital care coordination system that connects patients, coordinators, and providers through a single, data-driven platform for real-time tracking and virtual care.


Solution

A robust Med Drain Care (MDC) platform was developed with a modular architecture that supports multiple user roles - Admin, Patient, Coordinator, and Provider - enabling seamless collaboration and remote care delivery.
