Challenge

The client sought to create a modern, easy-to-use mobile platform to help individuals self-reflect and track their emotional and behavioral wellbeing.

However, several challenges needed to be addressed:

• Lack of a unified system for users to self-report, visualize, and interpret mood and lifestyle data

• Requirement for an admin-controlled, dynamic content engine to provide personalized recommendations (videos, tips, or links) based on user progress

Solution

Leveraging EC Infosolutions’ CoStack Platform, a modular “SuperApp” framework, a lifestyle and wellbeing tracking application was developed with integrated analytics and content personalization capabilities.

1. User Self-Tracking Dashboard

   • Users can log daily ratings (e.g., mood, stress, motivation) on a 0–10 scale.

   • A secure web dashboard for company staff to add, edit, and manage content (tips, videos, weblinks).

4. Cloud-Native Infrastructure

   • Deployed on Google Cloud Platform for scalability and compliance.

   • Integrated with Firebase Authentication for secure user management.
