The client operated a multi-city pet grooming service using mobile grooming vans. Appointments were manually scheduled, operator routes were not optimized, and communication between customers, operators, and administrators depended on phone calls.

EC Infosolutions developed PetWagon, a cloud-native platform that centralizes route-based scheduling, customer bookings, operator workflows, and administrative controls. Customers can register quickly using mobile verification.

Implementation and Delivery
